In Oct I visited Reliance Hypermart Bangalore & asked for CFL. I was told by their salesperson that all the displayed CFL have 1 year warranty. Within 3 weeks the CFL failed & I visited Reliance Hypermart Bangalore with original bill & product. They refused to replace the CFL saying it does not have warranty. What should I do? Approach consumer court?
