OTIS LIFT
OTIS LIFT are of very cheap quality

Dear Sir,

We have been provided with an OTIS lift (6 persons) at 17 storied building by our builder/ society. There is an annual maintenance contract with the company. Since the start of lift there are always some problems in Lift. Sometimes lift stops in between, sometimes it makes noise. OTIS technical staff is not technically sound, they do the repairing of lift but again after sometime it fails.

Complaint: Entry door at the ground floor makes noise during sliding.
