To Whome it may concern,

Dear Sir,

My self is Arpan Tirkey and my family is couriered some gift and chocoletes for some memorable occasion through Over Night Courier, Purulia road, Ranchi Jharkhand office bearing courier number1427897 / 2053880.

But some how when i received the courier is not in his origenal packing and the gift which is already packed containing some chocolets are missing.

this is not a matter of some rupees or chocoletes, But i just want to know is this the correct way to behaive with some ones feelings, if your company is not responsiable for pereshiable goods then you have to us inform before getting the consignment.

I need the proper clearification with in 8 hours on the same matter or i have to go to consumer court.
