Not delivering the courie

I am a Amway busciness owner. Recently the couriers send by Amway to me are not delivered by the branch of overniteexpress pathanamthitta, in Kerala. instead of that they inform me about the courier through phone, and ask me to collect it from their office at Pathanamthitta.
