The Delivery Boy from Overnite Express Ltd. who delivered one of three PAN Card on 31st Dec asked for a 'Tip' for delivering the PAN Card.By habit, I don't pay any Tip when some demands it.
In view of this, I like to approach the appropriate HIGHEST authority in your office IMMEDIATELY. However, the website of Overnite Express does not provide any contact information of its executives at Corporate Office and Mumbai office. It looks like they don’t want to hear from any one and are confident of their business from Income Tax dept (NSDL) even if they do not provide prompt, honest service.
