No lights were working in in Railway platform on 24-04, 8.55pm at pattambi Railway station, palghat district, kerala state, and there is no responsible when i called and checked in phone with the station master at time, he was replying to me in a bad manner that it may work, most of the times the station platform light are not working and its total dark and its difficult to find the coach number when train arrives and also when travelling wiht family members its very difficult to stand in the dark platform in night time where people are sitting and drinking wines in the dark with a gang and also feeling lot of unsafe kindly do some need full and i am regular traveller from the pattambi station no is no proper responose from the railway station master nor the others in the pattambi railway station, when ever i ask they are giving me a only one reply that oral complaint has been given by some people and they are looking in to it for the past few days are replying the same to all the peoples, kindly do the need ful and also pls try to deploy a person who knows some culture and manners while speaking in phone to the passengers who make complaints.
