Not delivering my vehicle since last 10 days after full payment

Hi this complaint is regarding my TVS scooty delivery to Khamgaon in Buldhana district. I have given my TVS scooty to Oxford internationl movers and packers on 11/02 saying that it will transferred in 3 days. but now it is 10 days still my vehicle is not yet reached to Khamgaon. When I am calling him they are just saying me that tomorrow vehicle will reached. but yet the vehicle is not yet reached. I have given him lots of warning of police complaint and like that but they are not taking it seriously.

Please help me.
