Oxicash
Amount got debited from my oxicash accout but not received the currency

I Ramesh Babu M, I am registered user with oxicash (Mobile recharge, pay bills, travels) service provider. I have rechared my oxicash account with 60 Rs by using my online banking service. But when I tried to use that 60Rs to recharge my mobile from my oxicash wallet, I got a error and the amount got debited from my oxicash account, I have not received any currency to my mobile. I have sent somany mails to customer care but I am not getting any response from their side. Please help me on this issue.
