MY CELL NO. IS 9920400905 WHICH HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO POSTPAID P2P PLAN. I HAVE OPTED MONTHLY RENTAL OF RS.175/- MEGA VALUE PLAN. I HAVE RECEIVED SMS ON 25-05 AT10:14:46 A.M. "HELLO! YOUR REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN STD TARIFF TO RS.1.30/MIN HAS BEEN REGISTERED. ALL STD CALLS AT RS.1.30/MIN WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 24 HRS. (9920400905)"
HOWEVER, I HAVE RECEIVED BILL FROM 07.05.2008 TO 07.06.2008 THEREIN ALL STD CALLS HAS BEEN CHARGED AT THE RATE OF RS.2.40 PER MINUTE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CREDIT OF RS.100/- UNDER THE MONTHLY RENTAL OF RS.175/-WHY? PLEASE MAKE NECESSARY CORRECTIONS IN BILL FOR THE ABOVE PERIOD AT YOUR END. I WILL NOT PAY THE BILL IF IT IS NOT GETTING CORRECTED. THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? I AM ALSO READY TO SURRENDER THIS CONNECTION.
