Harrasment and non delivery of 50% truckload

I have engaged Tokash Packers and Movers P Ltd, 7, Carter Puri Road, Opp Maruti Parking, Gate no 2, Gurgaon, quotation ref nos AR nos 42 dated 30/12/07 for Rs 5500/-.

Advance Paid: Rs 500/-

Pay.terms :100% Payment at Destination.

Tokash people illegally demanded extra Rs - and Rs 5500 after loading my house hold material and threatened to dump all material at the same house, finally took my material [house hold goods] alongwith them illegally. They are threatning me like anything.

I am undergoing heavy harrasment and need your help.

I have got 3 small children and need your urgent action / advice. I also donot know how to solve this as Tokash Packers & Movers P Ltd are using foul language.

While uploading also they made me wait for 3hrs in day time stating that truck is stuck with police and boys are taking lunch, when i checked with boys, they told me that they were sent at some other site.
