Not given stop

Dear sir/Madam,

I used to travel from channapatna to bangalore, I have note down the bus number i.e. KA-01, F-7816 i don't know the conductor & driver name. But these people are not giving the stop at right place they give stop at very far from the bus stop. people are suffering to to reach the bus stop by walking. MONDAY MARCH 02 by the time 10-15 to 11-15AM please check the conductor & driver name & please inform to give the stop at right place.
