Dear Sir,
I am a cosumer of Indane gas and registered with Agnihotri gas service, noida with consumer no. A 7919.My main complaint is that
the telephones of this agency are always busy ansd it is impossible to book the gas on phone.
However, I personally visted the Agnihotri gas on 8.11.08 to book the gas refill. I was told that several connections including mine have been transferred to MithLA GAS AGENCY, SECTOR-19 NOIDA . When I approached the Mithala gas in person, the person on the desk noted down the request in the register and told that they are in the process of feeding all transferred connections and delivery will
be made on 10th Nov, Monday. When the delivery was not done as promised, on telephonic enquiry on 11th the person told that the delivery will be done on 12th. Till 16th no delivery was made and on 17th
morning when I telephoned, I was told that aforesaid connection has not been transferred by Agnihotri gas service till date!
Throughout day I tried to contact Agnihotri but in vain.
Kindly take necessay remedial action against this callous attitide
of these gas agencies. Otherwise I will have no option but to take legal
course for harassment meeted to me
