Eliance digital worst service

On 01.10.2008 i purchased new panasonic 21inch flat televion from reliance digital cunigham road, bangalore but from 02.10.2008 the televion started making sound this was not good then from 03.10.2008 we reglularly called the show room eith to send some one or replace the televion but till today no one appeared this the status of RELIANCE BRANDabsolute poor service.
