Dear sir,

I have apply for PAN card before 7-8 month, that time I got my PAN no. BOZPS1091B, Juridiction-LKN/W/23/1 through internate but not received the PAN card. I have a call to your customer care no they said that due to wrong address card will be not delivered.

So I have again apply for the PAN card with fresh application before one month but again the same PAN card no. shown in internate i.e. BOZPS1091B, Juridiction-LKN/W/23/1.

My acknowledgement no.is 011090101127070.

Kindly dispatch the my PAN card on address given below-

D.60/61-H-7, CHHOTI GAIBI, VARANASI-221010 (UTTAR PRADESH)
