Non receival of PAN card

Respected sir,

I have applied for reprint of PAN card vide acknowledgement no. is 881010201468876 . I came to know the documents whice was i submitted are not valid. I submit the documents as per the guildlines and instructions. Hence, i want to know what will i do for the reprint of pan card and what should i submit for the above mentioned. please reply as soon as possible.
