Consignement Not yet delivered after two months also

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had used Agarsen Packers & Cargo Movers for shifting one Window AC and one Geyser from Gurgaon to Assam (Nagaon) on 17/05. They promised to deliver the consignment within 15 days and they charged me Rs 6500/-. After repeated follow-up also they do not provide me any details of the consignment and still after two months it is not yet delivered. The actual cost of the items are more thant 20000/- Rs.
