Not received PAN card but Received PAN numbe

Dear Sir/ Madam

I want to inform you that i have applied for PAN before 4 months back. Till now i have not received my PAN card but I have received my PAN number. i have contacted the UTI office and they told they have already delivered it to my address before 1 month but till now i have not received it.
