Dear sir,
I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. I am conveying my messaged that I didn't recieved my courier and confirmed my address again and again to your curstomer care center but they just assuring me that your courier will be deliver today nothing else. I am contacting them for a whole week (from 10 nov.2008 to 17 nov). And they are still showing the courier will be delivered today and when I seen on your web site the status is showing excepting Address is not complete and return to Origin. And when I talk to them again they told me they have recieved the mail and the delivery person told my no is switched off. And when I talk to that person he told he was confused in my address. I am recieving lots of mail on the same address and never got any complains regarding my address and he is telling that he is confused. If he is confused then should n't he call me on my no.
I am feddup with thease excuses. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
