my friend Mr. joby have applied for the pan card in the month of september. we have seen his pan card no: on this site & they stated that they have dispatched the pan card through the post. But he has not received his pan card yet. so pls enquiry the matter & kindly sen his pan card.if any problems in dispatching the card pls send a mail to me & pls point out that if we need to apply for the duplicate pan card
