I HAD APPLIED FOR MY PAN CARD ON 02.05.08..I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD YET..WHEN I ASK IN THEIR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT THEY SAY THAT THE CARD HAD ALREADY BEEN DISPATCHED and they give the pan card number..BUT I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE card TILL NOW..
