E-connection of phone

Dear Sir

I have a telephone connection in the name as Adarsh Industries

# 2747253 at Pal Road, opposite Latiyal Handicrafts main Pal Road Bhadu Market. The said phone was not in service due to non payment but I have paid all the dues before approx.40 days without availing any discounts or benefit schemes.

I had made all the payments but despite of that the said phone has not been ACTIVATED and for the same I have visited the various circle Offices and met the concerned officers to get it activated but nothing has been done to date.

I request the kind authoirity to look into the matter and do the needful at earliest.
