Pan card
Pan card not received

Hi,

I am shiraz hasan zaidi (male) my Pan card no: AAGPZ1399H, address:-R-265/12 1st floor ramesh park laxmi nagar delhi-110092.

I applied pan card to make correction with my name, and to be delivered at my new mailing address and submitted relevant documents that was in 25/11, i have checked online the changes and correction have been made but still now i have not received the pan card at my address.

Please check into it accordingly and revert back on my email address.
