Dear Sir/ Madam

I would like to bring to your notice that i have not received my pan card though the tin-nsdl website shows that it has been dispatched on 23rd dec 08. Also, i would like to mention that my correspondence address is the same and i fail to understand why it has not reached. So, i kindly request you to look into the matter.
