Pan card
PAN card not yet received

Dear Sir,

I have applied to your department for issue a new PAN card in my name. I have received message that the PAN card have been despatched by post on 29th Nov.2008. But till date I have not received the same. Details of my PAN card conveyed to me are as follows.

PAN no. AQCPD 9183B

Ack.no. 020470100072144

Date of despatch :- 29th Nov.2008.

I request you to kindly do the needful to get me PAN card.
