My EPF Account Closing pending at EPF office

I have submitted al lthe forms throgh my employer to chennai EPF office to close my previous company PF account. It's almost more than 1 and half month and it's still pending with EPF office. Online status it's giving like, your claim is being processed. Please visit after 30 days. But still no action on it and it has crossed 1 and month time.
