Our consumer number is 34967 (booked in the name of Mr. Chander Prakash Kapoor) and we have been a very old customer with this Agro Ind comm trading co. (P) Ltd agency. This is regarding the defective cylinder that we are having at our end. The cylinder was installed on 26th June'08 in the kitchen for actual use and on 6th July'08, we found the gas flame stopped. We were quite surprised as normally the gas lasts for a month atleast and in worse to worse situations for 28 days as we have a very small family. The most surprsing of all is as my mother-in-law was away with my daughter to Mumbai it left for me and my husband and cooking was done very less and even then the gas cylinder stopped providing for the fuel. We complained the following day on 7th July'08 to the agency and a mechanic was sent to our place on 8th July'08 for checking, who, said the cylinder had now about 2 kgs of water. Now our problem is they are not replacing the cylinder and also they are not booking the gas as it has not been 20 days from the booking of the last cylinder. No action is being taken on this yet and we are clueless and helpless.
Also we would like to mention here that we have been a very old customer dating back to almost 30 years and never ever such a thing has happened.
It will be very kind of you if some action is being taken on this complaint.
