Change of Name in Pan Card

Sir:

I had applied for change for name for PAN CARD No. ALIPG8497R. When I first received my PAN Card the name was spelled incorrectly. After that I had submitted a new challan for change of name on my PAN Card but I have till now not received PAN CARD with correct name on it. The challan number is 703963919.
