My name is Ratna Chakraborty, i have submitted my pan card form on 11-08, MY application serial no. is 039565170, my processing fee coupon no. is 028189304, my pan service center code is 2MGB233, PAN service center name is DIMAPUR. Since than i have not received any feedback from your side nor the pan card. SO it is my earnest request to look into the matter as early as possible as i need my pan card immediately.
