Dear Sir,

My Sister apply for PAN Card. After submitting the PAN Card Form she received a Confirmation SMS by TM-UTITSL; Dated 18/02 but till date 05/04 she not received her PAN Card through POST Office. Application No 032112644.

So, Pls Check & Resolved it ASAP...!
