Pan card
Pan Card Not Received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for the Pan Card in the month of February but still i have not got the Pan Card, however i have got the Pan Number, but after making query it shows that the Pan Card has been dispatched to my address on 14th feb.09. But unfortunately till date i have not received the Pan Card.

I request you to please look into the matter and make necessary action as soon as possible.
