My PAN CARD No is ABPPU6943E . In PAN card the correct surname as Subbiah (my father's name) is printed. But in your letter enclosing the PAN card the surname was wrongly mentioned as "Sundaram" Umayal. It should be " Subbiah Umayal". Kindly correct your record.
