I have tried online application for the above. waht i could observe is many people get a reply about the discripancies on their application. In that case ONLINE correction system should be available for resubmission of the application wherever required. Payment once sent is not at all reimbursed. so at least if this system is adopted, lots of hassles can be saved for applicants.
