Pan card not received

Dear sir

i have seen my pan card on interner where it shows the pan card no. as BDXPK7787H but i have not received the pan card till date though it was dispech from your side on 16-10 on the First flight site also no information is availabe for the AWB no. given

Request u to kindly do the needfull the pan card is now required to me necissarly
