Pan Card not received from 6 months

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my Pancard No. AMMPK1524D

I have applied on 30th Jan, 09 for information change, after i got married

Details are as below:

Coupon Number : 31404574

PAN Number: AMMPK1524D

I have resubmitted the documents with PP size photo to the local branch at Baroda.

I have met with the Branch Manager (Mr. Vimal Patel) 2 weeks back, but there has been no movement on the same.

There has been no revert till date and Iam still waiting for the New Pancard.
