Pan card not received yet

Dear Asst.manager

I mohammed ajaz khan has applied for pan card last 3 months back but still I did not got my pan card. Some days back I got the letter from UTI technology services ltd. that they have despatch my pan card on 30-mar. But still I have not received my pan card. So I request the manager to look into my pan card problem.

I have applied for two pan cards they pan no:
