# I applied for PAN CARD in form no.49A at U T I T S L I T pan service center Visakhapatnam.

# dated - 13th July

# I have not received my pan card yet

# the UTITSL website says that my pan card number is - CIZPS9338G

#It also says that the consignment has been dispatched by speed post consignment no- ET478073783IN, but it has not reached me. It has been one month. I have tried tracking the speed post as well, but did not get any useful information.

Can you please look into the matter and resend my pan card at the following address:
