I applied for PAN Card on friday the 21st August and my acknowledgement No. is 010100201813181 dated 21-08. In that receipt my date of birth has been printed as 28th December 1963 whereas my Date of birth is 8th December, 1963. I request you to correct the same before the CARD has been made.
