Pan card not received yet

Dear Sir/madam,

This is to inform you that I have not received my PAN Card yet however, I got the PAN CARD NUMBER through SMS on my mobile nearly 25 days back.

It stated that my PAN CARD NUMBER is APTPA3355E and it will be dispatched shortly however, till date I have not received my PAN CARD.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
