Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I have applied my PAN Card in March. I have also written 2 mail to UTI Technology Services Ltd.

to Send my PAN Card in my residence adress

Mailing address Mention below,

Finally they have replied me as,

Your pan card had been dispatched to your communication address as mentioned

in the application through Under Certificate of Post, on 20/03. which

is not yet returned to us undelivered by postal authorities.

For issue of Duplicate PAN card / Change of address you may apply through

Composite Service Form (CSF) by paying the processing fees. CSF are

available at all collection centres or branches of UTITSL..
