Non-delivery of Pan card

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a PAN card last two years before

but did not get it yet. My PAN No. is generated long before two years but I did not

receive the card still now. Such a long delay compels me to think that the we are living in a developing

country, developed country or under developed country. Moreover the concerned department's officials

have no shame to show their attitude of non-working and instead behaving in such way that they have

done a great favour by accepting my PAN application and by generating the PAN No. only.

So, please do the needful asap to improve the scenario.
