Second class treatment at kuwait airport jet airways counte

My friend his wife and me travelled by jet airways February. Kuwait to Cochin. We are faced " Very very second class treatment" from Jet airways kuwait airport counter. Their Kuwait airport counter supervisor also supporting staff to harasse passengers... I dont know why?.. We complained to Jet airways authorities. But they did not take any action... We cannot choose jet airways again...
