Yesterday i received a call from first flight couriers from dausa. he told me about my pan card letter. And said me to come with voter id card and collect pan card from dausa office. My home is 65 km. far from dausa. why should i collect from dausa. it ur duty to deliver the mail.

according to nsdl my mail dispatch date is 2 april and dispatch no. ZB0190389.When u are not able to deliver the mail at my address. then why did u accept my doc for delivery. If u will not get deliver me my pan card then in 24 hours . then I will go at consumer court against u.
