PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

I have not received PAN CARD till today, with lot of pain I could able get the pan ie AOVPB7231H. Please help me in this regard. In all financial transaction they are asking me about the pan card copy and they are not satisfied with pan details, everyone is asking for pan card xerox. please help me in this regard
