Respected Sir,

I have applied for a PAN CARD through one of your Sr Business developement Excecutive Abdul Rashid sitting in BTM branch bearing mobile no (9343110264). He charged me Rs 250.I was told i will be recieveng the card within 20 days. But the problem here is not for the money, When i ask for the acknowledgement number he dint response positiviely and he stops picking up the call. When i went to office to enquire about the Abdul i am being told he is absent and when my friends call he pick up the call and he was ask to come down to Bank. I was informed from the branch office that applying for a PANCARD is a personal matter. But my question is when i first enquire about PANCARD i was told to meet him and if the Management doesnt have any information or the bank is not offering any service related with PANCArd processing then it is of a very serious matter. From this events now i will make sure that all our employees will be change from ICICI because the bank cannot be trusted. How can someone run a priovate business from the office premises as we doubt the company security and i will make sure of everyone i know to change there company salary account from ICICI
