My AIEEE AIR is 23903 (SR 1488) (gen) and had participated in aieee all india councelling. No information of reporting at the provisional centre was given during online councelling so i had filled in choices accordingly. At the end moment ccb people announced that reporting at the provided institution and not (remote reporting) with full fees is necessary to participate in further councellings. This has created a problem i could not report at the institution because i had to deposit my original documents and 42000 payee draft as i had to participate in other councellings also. I had a talk with Prof. Y V Rao and he said there was no gaurantee of 5th round, so i didn't report. Now that they have conducted the 5th round they don't consider me eligible and students with -6000 of my rank i.e.with air 28000 are getting the institution i desire (MANIT BHOPAL). I am in a big probelm now as i have landed nowhere and being a dropper its certainly shameful for me.
I just want to say what is over by now is OK but with 6th councelling they start a fresh one so that students like me who are deserving but couldn't report for some reason or another be given a chance be it be it through
1) institutional councelling
2) vacant seats round for everyone through remote reporting
or anything CCB people could do to get students like me who are actually deserving into NITS.
Kindly help me and save my future from spoiling.
