Pan card
Have not Recieved Pan Card

Hello all,

This is to get to your notice that I have applied for pan card 4 months back, but I have not recieved it till date, when I checked my Pan details online, I have my pan Number Issued and the message left there was "consignee has shifted" but I have never shifted my own house, has I am aware that any change in address has to be know to the respective authorities, I kindly request the aouthorities to look into this as I am in need of pan card urgently.
