PAN Card not received

Dear Sir,

Sub :- PAN not received Reg:-

This is to inform you that I have applied for PAN card on 17/04 in Calicut Service centre in Kerala State as per Application SR No. 036363020 and Processing fee coupen no. 024762410 . This is suprised me that my PAN card reached in my home address as RIJINA P V, RIJINA NIVAS, EDAKKAD (Post), CALICUT, KERALA, but unforntunately I was not present the home when the Postman came to my home and the Postman was not ready to give the cover to my Parents. Later I came to know that the Postman returned my Parcel cover without any prior information to me and I was unable to receive it.

So I hereby requesting you that kindly send my PAN card in same address mentioed above and it will helpful for me my future purpose. I personally regret for inconvience caused it.
