Please take notice that You have not delivered me my Pan Card in time, therefore I suffered great embarassment and harassment.
One of your official also verified my address which is House No.13, Singal Pur Market, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088 with my mobile no. 9958655152, but still you did not deliver my Pan Card dispatched by UTI Technology Services Ltd. on 22/07 through you Vide No. BYAPS6330N/38006211
I have also contacted UTI Technology Services Ltd. at Rajendra Place it was found that you also did not return back my Pan Card to them.
Please deliver my Card forth with or shall be compelled to take appropriately action.
