Not Received PAN CARD

Sir,

with reference of my PAN no. AJBPJ7925K, I want to state you that i have not received my PAN card. My DOB is 01/03/1978.

Actually that time I was working in a company and after some days when i applied for PAN Card, I left that company. during that process i could not rceived my PAN CARD.

What i should to do?
