Pan card
Pan card not recieved

I applied for pan card in the month of april... i was supposed to recieve it with in 15 days but i havn't recieved any... i checked the status on the web site it showed me as dispatched... i got the my pan number from the website... i visited the UTI technologire office in rajender place they told me i have to apply again for the pan card...
